Chiense Egg Custard 鸡(jī) 蛋(dàn) 羹(gēng)

Part One

The recipe:

Material:
2 eggs, ¼ tsp soy sauce,  5 oz water, cooked shrimp, sesame oil, salt
Steps:
  1. Get rid of the tail of the shrimps, chop them into small pieces;
  2. Break the eggs in the bowl, add in several drops of sesame oil and a pinch of salt, stir them gently for a while;
  3. Add in the water (room temperature), stir a bit more
  4. Put the bowl into the microwave,  cook at high level heat for 1 minute, and middle level heat for 2 minutes ( you may need to adjust the time according to the power of your microwave)
  5. Take out the bowl, put the chopped shrimp at the top of the egg mixture, add in ¼ tsp soy sauce,
  6. Put the bowl back into the microwave and cook at middle level for more 30 seconds
  7. Take out the bowl, and it’s ready to serve 
  8.  
    P.S.   You can switch the shrimp to sliced ham or any fried ground meat. It may also taste better if we add some green onion according your taste.  :)

There is an exercise in this video. It's about how to say "Although (phrase A) ,(phrase B)   . "  in Chinese.
The corresponding Chinese sentence structure is "虽然(phrase A)  , 但(phrase B)。  "
 Such as,
Although he is very old, he is still strong and healthy.
suīrán tā yǐjīng shàng le niánjí , dàn tā yījiù hěn jiànzhuàng
虽然他已经上了年级,但他依旧很健壮。

Although they tried their best, they still lost that game.
suīrán tāmen jǐnle quánlì , dàn hái shì shūdiào le bǐsài
虽然他们尽了全力,但还是输掉了比赛。

If you like, please try to translate the following sentence into English:
suīrán wǒmen jiākuài le sùdù , dàn hái shì méiyǒu zhuīshàng tā
虽然我们加快了速度,但还是没有追上他。

suīrán zhè yīfu hěn shíshàng, dàn bùshìhé shàngbān de shíhou chuān
虽然这衣服很时尚,但不适合上班的时候穿。
